PRODUCTS
RIGID PIPES FOR HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
Sagom Tubi can transform rigid tubes for low, medium, and high pressures, made of any material. At the ends, both shaping obtained by deformation of the tube itself and fittings with any type of JIC, DIN, ORFS, or SAE connection can be performed.
FLEXIBLE AND MIXED HOSES FOR HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS
The company is capable of fitting flexible and mixed tubes for low, medium, and high pressures up to a maximum of 2”, using either reusable couplings (clamps) or fixed couplings (crimping).
TUBES FOR AIR INTAKE
The company manufactures tubes made of various materials and with different types of surface treatments for the suction of air, water, oil, and cooling systems, shaping their ends to any required profile.
BRAKE AND CLUTCH PIPES
Sagom Tubi produces piping with different metallic materials and coatings and assembles flexible tubes of various types (thermoplastics, PTFE, rubber). This allows the company to be a partner to the largest vehicle manufacturers for development and co-design.
TUBES ENDOTHERMIC ENGINES
Sagom Tubi produces various types of tubes designed to withstand the most severe thermal and mechanical stresses associated with use in internal combustion and hybrid engines for lubrication, suction, fueling, and oil discharge.
COOLING SYSTEMS TUBES
Sagom Tubi is capable of supporting the customer in the complete development of cooling systems, providing support from the initial prototyping phase through to series production.
AIR CONDITIONING TUBES
Sagom Tubi is capable of supporting the customer in the complete development of HVAC systems and the production of piping for every part of the system, providing support from the initial prototyping phase through to series production.
3D MASKS
All work and control equipment is designed and manufactured based on the customer’s 3D model to ensure the final requirements of the products sold.
